My latest purchase was not new -I had.not the cash for a new model on this occasion, but my treatment as a customer was no different from before. The Mokka was not a car I would have chosen to buy as I had an Astra in mind, but the main criterion for us (87 and 86-year olds) was getting in and out of the car more easily and the second-hand, low mileage Mokka which we bought was satisfactory in that respect.
