“Ordered some dry dog food (Orijen). It was delivered promptly, unfortunately the outer bag was damaged and also the bag containing the dog food. Contacted Pet Planet early afternoon and Kirsty was extremely apologetic and immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent out by express delivery, which I received the next day. Truly excellent customer service with products at competitive prices. Thank you”

“I've been dealing with this company for half a year. I rarely write reviews but as I've good service from them, I thought they deserved it. Their items are always in stock, their prices are excellent, their range is big and honestly, I can't see myself heading off elsewhere. If I had to criticise them it's that their free freight takes around 3 days. But is IS free, and all it takes is for me to order my stuff a few days earlier. I think they're great. I'd recommend them to anyone. I'm sure if they could speak, my dog and 2 cats would as well...”

“I decided to order some cat toys as we'd just moved house, and one of my cats was desperate to go out and getting a bit stir crazy at having to be kept in for weeks on end. The order arrived as promised within two days, and was just as successful as I'd hoped! I've ordered again from them since, and not been disappointed. Again, delivered promptly. At their offer price, plus a discount code. Highly recommended.”

“i've been a pet planet customer for years. they always have what my cats need, they deliver promptly and let me know if there are going to be any unexpected delays. i also buy cat food for a disabled friend who can't get the particular food in local shops so everybody's happy.”
