“Pets4Homes is ridiculous. My wife signed up after finding a suitable dog to add to our family. She created an account and reached out to the dog owner, she was informed her account was placed on hold as she had breached some T&Cs and could appeal, she appealed so she could gain access to the sellers details to arrange a viewing. Unfortunately, she was informed by Tony from Customer Services that her account appeal had been denied and she would not have her account reopened, Tony failed to provide any indication to what she had done wrong against their T&Cs. Our friend tried on our behalf too with the same breach of T&Cs warning.
More worrying is that our 13 year old daughter was then able to open an account and successfully manage to get hold of the sellers details to arrange the viewing. A success story in the end but ridiculous red tape and an unhelpful customer service experience.
I wonder how many other dog sellers are failing to get communication from honest potential buyers because of this sort of issue-I’m not sure if sellers have to pay to advertise with these clowns but my advice is to find an alternative platform to find pet buyers.”
“We have found our beautiful fur baby on your site . It was easy and simple . The breeder was really easy to talk to Would recommend them to any one wanting to get a puppy”
“I recently tried to use Pets4Homes to find a new pet, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite reaching out to multiple sellers through the platform, I received no responses. This lack of communication made the entire process time-consuming and disappointing.
Pets4Homes is supposed to help connect pet seekers with sellers, but it failed to deliver on this basic expectation. The absence of timely responses left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a potential pet owner.
I cannot recommend Pets4Homes due to their poor communication and lack of responsiveness. It's disheartening to invest time and effort into finding a pet, only to be met with silence. I hope they address these issues to improve the user experience in the future.”
“I went to boost my advert and seen in the last month this amount has now risen from£31.99 to 39.99 this is not acceptable and from
Someone who this time last year boosted at £28.99 2wkly i now will not be able to justify spending £39.99 for a boost on a dog market that’s not bringing in the revenue even if you boost the dog breeding market is not what it was on top of a recession yet your hiking yiur prices up twice in 4 wks! Terrible I will not be boosting again
