“Got the products that I ordered, just some free gift are out of stock. Also just need to make sure not to do a Diet Products with a Mass Gains or Weight Gains Products. Happy with the Long expired Date and Packages Delivery time is good too”

Hi, thank you for your feedback, Very sorry for any confusion caused. I have looked into this for you and I can see that you were emailed yesterday in order to notify you that unfortunately, the free gift that was added to your order, Diet Whey Ready To Drink Shakes in Strawberry flavour, were out of stock. As per your phone call with our Customer Service Manager, we changed the Strawberry Diet Whey RTDs to the Banana flavour for you and arranged to have your order sent out to you. Looking further into this, it seems you have mixed this product up with the Diet Whey Powder and this is what the Sales Advisor on the telephone call later in the day discussed with you; we still stock all flavours of the powder. Your order is showing as dispatched on our system, which means it is on its way out for delivery to you, however if you would like to cancel this you can refuse the parcel at your door and have it returned to ourselves. “Service was great - quick and easy and deliver earlier than should have been. Protein powders are my favourite! Also got a free box of diet lemon and white chocolate cookies.....wish I hadn’t. Bowk. Worst things ever. If your gonna give a free sample to encourage folk to reorder, pick something that tastes half decent. 😂😁”

“A great range if products and competitive prices. Always quick to respond to queries via email. Although recently disappointed with the change to delivery. I think there should still be a standard delivery option of 3-5 days that is free rather that having to pay for next day delivery if you don't want it. Thanks, Andy”

“Having an open fracture to my tibia and fibula 6 weeks ago. I was needing something to promote healthy bone and tissue repare. On reading reviews on superfood powder and protein for repair, I went online to search for the 2 items needed for my recovery I came across your product which had both of the ingredients I needed. I’m now on my second packet of chocolate flavoured protein superfoods, I’m having to add a bit more chocolate flavouring to the shake as I find it a bit too much vegetable tasting for my liking. As you can tell I enjoy the product but could do with a bit more of the chocolate flavour added.”
