“I bought PhD natural whey, strawberry flavour and can honestly say that i have never tasted more grouse whey or protein. Not even close to strawberry flavour and its also bitter. I even made a shake with fresh strawberries and milk to improve the flavour, still bitter and so artificial... and I did put the correct amount of whey... I did always like PhD brand, but this product is just something that shouldn't be on shelves...”

“Failed to deliver 3 times in one week, I asked for the parcel to be left with any neighbour but the delivery driver did not even attempt to. I would not use this company again.”

Hi Jason, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear you are dissatisfied on this occasion. I have had a look in to your query and can see that we dispatched your order on the same day it was received, to ensure next day delivery and then following this, DPD attempted delivery on three occasions but neither yourself or your neighbour were available to sign for this. Unfortunately, we are unable to control the actions of the delivery driver and ask that they try various neighbour's doors, however, the DPD service does ensure notifications containing tracking details are sent out to all customers, so that you are able to keep an eye on your order and ensure someone is available to accept this. Following the failed deliveries, DPD have returned your parcel back to PhD and your refund has been processed, as requested. “The taste. I ordered three different flavours and they all taste overly sweet with a bitter aftertaste as though they contain a crazy amount of artificial sweeteners. Almost undrinkable.”

“I paid and place an order for 6 whey bar and only received 4. Not good service, but this has not put me off from ordering from you again as you promptly replied to my email and apologized and confirmed the 2 missing bars will be sent to me on the 8th may thank Mrs Hira”

“My order was held because I changed my delivery address, the option was given to me and when I changed it, I didn't get my order. I had to make 4 calls before it was sorted. Wasn't happy....it was two days late...”

“I am yet to receive my order after paying extra money for 48 hour delivery, I understand the weather has impacted delivery but I have no ever received an email from delivery service either. Very disappointing as I’ve been dying to try out products and they are so reasonably priced for the high quality”

I have had a look in to this for you and can see that your order was placed at 21:46 on Thursday evening, our delivery service is next working day delivery when orders are placed before 5pm, therefore, as this was placed after 5pm, it was picked and packed the following day and delivered the next working day. I can see that our Customer Service Manager responded to your message via Help Desk on Monday, providing you with your tracking details. If you have not seen this response, it may have gone to your junk folder, very sorry about this. I hope this helps and gives a clearer insight in to our dispatch and delivery process. “I made an order with next day delivery. This did not happen, i called and had to speak to Laura (who was a great help), who manged to get me deliveries sent out split over 3 days. Disappointing as i was scheduled to go away to work and missed part of my order to bring away. This is the 1st time this has happened and service has always been very good. Fingers crossed this does not happen again.”

“You didnt transfer my post code with my address to DPD and my delivery wasnt delivered in 5 days. eventually had to go and collect from depot myself or it would have taken 7+ days.”

“The taste of the protein power was quite overpowering. I am quite open-minded when it comes to vegan protein powders as I understand that the combinations of ingredients are slightly more limited, however the taste is very pungent and leaves a lingering aftertaste in your mouth afterwards. The formula is fairly smooth and the idea that the product is composed of very natural ingredients, but the taste is just too off-putting to get through my shake. I would not purchase this product again due to the unpalatable taste.”

“I have always been a huge fan of phd protein powder. I usually order the vanilla creme diet whey which is great. however I thought I'd try the new grass fed whey and was extremely disappointed. The amount of sweetener in this has forced me to give up on it as everytime I try it in shakes, smoothies or porridge the sweetener overpowers everything else and I am left with a horrible taste. I did call customers services to inform them of this and was very disappointed with their response.”

Hi Leonidas, Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry for any confusion with your order. I have had a look into this for you and I can see on the tracking system that the courier attempted delivery on the 3rd of October, and then again a couple of times after this, however there wasn't anyone available at the property to receive the parcel. This was then sent to the depot for customer collection, however I can see that as requested, our customer service team have arranged for a re-delivery for you. Kind regards, Team PhD
