“Unfortunately the taste and consistency of your products have changed and it's worse than it used to be. Usually I order Growth Factor Mass and these days it's not tasty and it's very thick. Not a good experience when drinking.”

“I’d love to leave a review. And if I based it on past experience I would say 5 stars amazing as always. However, this time dpd have completely let you down with their side of the service. A week of waiting in, falsified calling cards by drivers who just couldn’t be bothered and then an attempt to return my parcel to you because they couldn’t be bothered to deliver. Oh an a peace making offer of a Saturday delivery that again meant a whole day of staying in only for them to not even load it on the van. Excellent service from PHD on the order but your choice of delivery company may need to be rethought!”

“Been on it for a week now and not noticed ANY difference in the way I feel or my weight yet - I thought after a few days I would see something. Been very active and eaten sensibly .... patience is a virtue they say...”

Hi, thank you for your review. A few days to one week isn't long enough to see sustainable results. I would advise to continue tracking your calories, exercising and consuming Diet Whey daily, then review your progress after around four weeks. “I love your products however I tried to change my order as I’d ordered to little and the response time from customer services was too slow so you missed out on a sale, also delivery time is slow. I think you could do better and it would be a bit more profitable for the company, great products but you can definitely do a little more”

“great product. Delivery hiccup with address details i provided never quite making it through to DPD. Initially a few days delay while package was in the depot without me knowing and then I had to talk the driver in on the phone.”

“I was really excited by the range of flavours available, however the white chocolate which I chose, is not as tasty as I’d hoped and when added to yoghurt it makes it extremely dry and thick. I will try a different flavour next time. The service was excellent and communication with regards to delivery could not be faulted.”

“The taste is good, sweet but not too much. The only downside I found is that it does not dissolve properly, you get left with many smaller pieces of powder in your drink.”

“Ordering was straight forward and delivery was good. But if you place two orders within days you get same free gifts. Even after speaking to them, they wouldn't change the freebies for lesser valued items. So order cancelled.”

“Fast delivery, decent price, consistency is good and mixes well.... We got two 2kg Diet Whey and although we are more than happy with the Belgian Chocolate Flavour it just doesn't matter how much I try it the Cherry Bakewell is simply too sweet! Rather unimpressed with that one I'm afraid.”

“Overall the order and products were very good but the order was delayed because I had to respond to an email from customer support. This was because you had ran out of the flavour I chose for my pre-workout after the order I placed and had to choose a different flavour which wasn't my preference.”

“Next day delivery was delivered a day late . So my wife waited in all day for it for nothing and all I got was £2.50 refund , and not even a e mail apology! Will not reorder as I've found similar bars in B&M for only £1 each !!!! And I won't have to wait in for phantom deliveries”

“I use to order protein from PHD many years ago. I have been using another brand and decided to have a change going back to PHD. However, the taste is nothing as I remember (chocolate) it tastes very weak and its not really enjoyable.”
