“I found the protein powder difficult to mix. recommended serving size of 2 scoops to 300ml of water was very lumpy, unlike other products like the tricellar whey.”

Hi, We are very sorry if you feel you have had a poor experience with your delivery. We have looked into this and can see that the delivery was attempted at your property but no one was in, so a calling card was left by the driver. A request was then made to leave the parcel in a safe place, the courier went to do this, but we can see that the parcel was then successfully delivered and signed for with your name. An image of the signature and name has been provided to us. “I ordered one 2kg protein powder and one protein shaker. The powder is excellent, I have purchased it many times before. The shaker however arrived damaged and unusable so had to be thrown away. Very dissatisfied with the quality of the shaker.”

“I had been waiting to buy a product from the PhD range, I had previously tasted the peanut flavour, but found it too be too thick. So I thought the chocolate mint would be ideal. Again, too thick & a very distinct barley taste with a very light mint flavour. However, the metal drink container is great!! Solid lid, no drips even when it was in my bag.”
