Arrogant customer service team. Manager can't communicate with customers. Shipped 2 broken saucepan lids (out of 5 purchased) by Royal Mail. Blamed RM for damage. Will never buy anything from this business again. Charlatans.

I ordered a Brabantia washing line at a relatively high cost of £159.99. Arrived on Monday. Box was damaged and re sealed before I had even opened it. Once opened the case was dented in a number of places. Sent and email with pictures to Customer service. Ben Walker confirmed a new one would be sent and he would ensure this one was reviewed before dispatch! New one arrived today. Opened the box and the case looks like somebody has walked over the top of it!!! 🤬 2 washing lines sent over 3 days and both damaged. Resolution offered - we can send “another” or issue a refund. Now have to wait until they get the 2nd washing line back before refund is issued! Won’t be purchasing from this company ever again!!!! .. 🤬

Horrendous customer service from Louise on email. Sizing on the website for Blundstone boots is confusing and the incorrect EU conversion is listed to the size you receive. Complete refusal to refund the £7 postage it cost to return. Won’t be shopping here again!

Despite an admitted sizing issue I had to pay £9 to return a coat .... rude and arrogant response quoting company policy ....avoid at all costs!!!!!
