"I ordered a Brabantia washing line at a relatively high cost of \u00a3159.99. \r\nArrived on Monday. Box was damaged and re sealed before I had even opened it. Once opened the case was dented in a number of places. Sent and email with pictures to Customer service. Ben Walker confirmed a new one would be sent and he would ensure this one was reviewed before dispatch! \r\nNew one arrived today. Opened the box and the case looks like somebody has walked over the top of it!!! \ud83e\udd2c\r\n2 washing lines sent over 3 days and both damaged. \r\nResolution offered - we can send \u201canother\u201d or issue a refund. \r\nNow have to wait until they get the 2nd washing line back before refund is issued! \r\nWon\u2019t be purchasing from this company ever again!!!! .. \ud83e\udd2c"
