"I wish I had found this website before I went ahead and booked Pickfords Exeter for my removals and storage, because if I had, I would have avoided Pickfords!\r\nI have been left devastated with the damage they have caused, I have literally paid them to damage my possessions! They caused 80% damage to my possessions and in the process mislaid other items never to be seen. This company really do not care about their customers, the response I had from one of the managers 'we are sorry that you are not happy with our service'! Not a sorry for damaging my possessions! A real kick in the teeth! The insurance company they are affiliated to appear to be just as bad, its been almost two months and still no closer to getting the issue resolved with them, no contact number and only contact once a week. I am shocked that companys like Pickfords are getting away with this. Please please avoid at all costs"
