“The quality of frames has been better than other supplies I have used and I have now placed 3 orders for 15 frames and the service has been excellent each time. All orders have been delivered within a few days of placing the order.”

“Very happy with the frame I ordered and with the speed of service. The carrier used was not so good! Having arranged (on-line) for a changed delivery date, the parcel was delivered two days earlier and the '1 hour delivery slot' mentioned seemed to be a fiction.”

“Excellent website. Caters well for special needs like specifying required internal dimensions. Most websites do not. Regrettably I had to chase up the confirmation of order. Delivery information and timing very good. Product almost perfect, nevertheless acceptable. Reasonable value for money. Adding hardwood frames with suitable weatherproof backing for the insertion of customers own signage outdoors might be worth considering as a possible extention to the website.”

“I ordered 4 frames and all were delivered within specified timeframe. Very pleased with all the frames but no hanging materials were sent i.e hooks, which were meant to come with them, so as yet still haven't hung them as I'll need to get my own!”

“The order has not arrived, despite a confirmed delivery schedule for today by Citylink. I waited in all day (I bet you've heard that before). I have spoken to Citylink (I shouldn't really have to do that, should I?). They cannot trace the package, and have no idea where it is.”

“First, the website design is clear and easy to use. I was able to very quickly identify the type of frame, size etc and see what it would look like. Ordering was simple. I expected a confirmatory email but when none arrived it was a simple matter sorted by a quick phone call. Goods ordered on Monday evening and arrived on Thursday afternoon - very good considering one was a bespoke size. Packaging was excellent, fitting the pictures in the frames a doddle and as an extra touch some sticky backed felt pads were included along with the cord and other fittings to make sure there were no marks on the walls during the hanging process. All in all an excellent service - very pleased overall and will use again in the future.”

“Oh my goodness! Delivery was three times faster than the usual company I use. Prices were as competitive and quality very good. I am very pleased with the frame I received. One minor quibble - the courier company didn't notify me of the day for delivery. Fortunately I was in to sign for my package, but a quick email from them would have helped.”

“I would have rested the service much higher - it is simple to use and the delivery time was very quick and well managed. The negs give rating is because one of the two frames I ordered had a obvious red scratch on it approx 1.5 to 2 inches long. Poor quality control.”
