“First, the website design is clear and easy to use. I was able to very quickly identify the type of frame, size etc and see what it would look like. Ordering was simple. I expected a confirmatory email but when none arrived it was a simple matter sorted by a quick phone call. Goods ordered on Monday evening and arrived on Thursday afternoon - very good considering one was a bespoke size. Packaging was excellent, fitting the pictures in the frames a doddle and as an extra touch some sticky backed felt pads were included along with the cord and other fittings to make sure there were no marks on the walls during the hanging process. All in all an excellent service - very pleased overall and will use again in the future.”

“Oh my goodness! Delivery was three times faster than the usual company I use. Prices were as competitive and quality very good. I am very pleased with the frame I received. One minor quibble - the courier company didn't notify me of the day for delivery. Fortunately I was in to sign for my package, but a quick email from them would have helped.”

“The service was absolutely fantastic. Ordered on Friday and received it by the Tuesday. The frame was the exact size for my image which was great. Looking forward to hanging up on my wall. My one criticism is that I was told I would have an email from the courier to let me know what time and day I would receive my package but I didn´t. Thankfully my neighbour was at home to take the package whilst I was at work. All in all though I was really impressed considering I thought it would take over a week to be delivered. I am one very happy customer. Thank you.”
