“From our Initial inquiry, then taking multiple calls from us asking a million and one questions - they were very helpful, the sizing tool was spot on, delivered as ordered and promised. quality of the frames was very high. we will be using Pic frames again”

“I ordered a relatively large photo frame. Unfortunately it arrived damaged and, it turns out, my measurements were slightly wrong. Picture Frame Studio dispatched a free replacement, with corrected measurements and upgraded mounting. The frame is truly beautiful - you really could not ask for better quality at this price. Customer service was exemplary. I couldn't be a happier customer.”

“The product arrived quickly and after opening I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent quality. The packaging was worth mentioning as it did a very good job of surviving the trauma of being sent by post. It is now hanging happily above the desk.”
