“Excellent service, quality product. Only negative - no dispatch date (even estimated) on initial confirmation. Had to wait over a week to find out about delivery - despite emailing company with an order number to confirm. Fab experience regardless, will use again and again.”

“I am very pleased with the frame I ordered - the quality and service impeccable. The frame arrived quickly and was cleverly packaged to ensure it did not get daamaged. I was amazed (and a bit overwhelmed) by the range of choice - the website is excellent and made the ordering enjoyable. As I had a print that was not standard size, I was relieved to find an on-line service that made bespoke frames for a resonable price. I would definitely recommend this company - thanks.”

“Very good service. Excellent web interface making it easy to specify the frame. Very quick and responsive service (including getting an email from Parcelforce with tracking number and estimated delivery date). Frame was well packed and is of good quality and accurately made. I am a semi-professional fine-art photographer and will definitely use Picture Frame Studio again for some of my larger framing needs.”

“I have always believed that the best way of assessing a company is how well they deal with problems; either caused by themselves of their customer. I can definitely say that having caused two problems myself the company's ethos to customer care is such that I wouldn't consider going anywhere else to have something framed. I am more than happy to recommend this company to anybody.”

“Found a lovely painting but in a old fashioned frame, impossible though to find a frame that it would fit without having to take it to a professional frame shop ,which I knew would cost! Found this site on line ,made everything so simple to order and I am so pleased with the result.In the new frame the painting looks completely different and I will be using this site again.”

“I ordered 2 custom frames, one with mount, one without. It is great to have custom frames for my pictures. The one with the mount doesn't fit as well as the one without (it its off a bit more of the image then I expected), but don't know if that is common practice or a mistake.. It took about a week from order to receiving the frames. They were very well packed. Will use again.”

“Site was easy to use, there was a good choice of frames and the prices were very competitive. It's great that there is no minimum order. The frame arrived within the predicted time frame and was well packaged. I was very happy with the quality and finish. Absolutely would use again. My only gripe would be the postage hike for Scottish postcodes, I do not live in the Highlands.”
