“Rude and ignorant customer replies. The materials stated on their website aren't reliable. Thus I had an allergic reaction to a piercing containing nickel (which wasn't stated). Refusing to give refunds until PayPal involved, and then demanding customers pay the tracked shipping costs from UK to Netherlands for their mistakes/false advertising. Avoid at all costs. Piercing quality poor and cannot trust the product information provided. Other jewelry I have ordered snapped within a couple of uses.”
“Was purchasing new tongue piercings and they have a wide selection to choose from. The selecting of products was easy enough but the website could have been made a bit more mobile user friendly as the pages took time to load and never took you back to the same place on the page you were browsing on.
However, checkout was relatively quick and easy to go through.”
