Refusing to give refunds until PayPal involved, and then demanding customers pay the tracked shipping costs from UK to Netherlands for their mistakes/false advertising. Avoid at all costs. Piercing quality poor and cannot trust the product information provided. Other jewelry I have ordered snapped within a couple of uses.”
