“Great online shop, very easy to use. Unfortunately one item wasn't available, but I was advised within the advertised 14 days, and once it was dispatched the package was delivered quickly. Would recommend Pimm's online shop to other.”

“Order process was very easy. Ordered 8 bottles disappointed that you didn't get free postage with that size order. Delivery took 5 days from order, you don't get a time for delivery so you need somewhere that you know someone will be about all day. As for the Pimms, only tried Blackberry and Elderflower and Strawberry and prefer the former. Nice variation on traditional Pimms No 1 but not that dissimilar. The Vodka one can be drunk with Ginger Ale so am looking forward to that for something different. Prices were a little more expensive that Pimms No 1 in my supermarket but you can't easily find the other Pimms versions anywhere else.”

“Delivery took a week and no email was received regarding the status of my order. Which made me question whether it was even received”

“Had a bit of a problem at check in. Needed to cancel and start again. I was then a bit worried because I was told delivery would be 10 days which would have been too late. However they were delivered within 5 days so good. Website easy to use and navigate. Great service.”

“Nice product --excellent ordering system - 2 day delivery. Unfortunately 1 of the the spring clips to hold top section of the Gazebo is broken I can't return as need Gazebo for function on Sunday.”

“Item was good, just as expected. Delivery was quick. Very disappointed with how poor the packaging was. My parcel was in a very bad state, opened and damaged. The bag with the 100 stirring sticks was opened, no idea if any were missing as I haven't counted them. Fortunately the jugs were fine.”

“Problem with delivery so didn't get it for Christmas. My order had been returned to Pimms and apparently couldn't be sent out to me until I had contacted and given my address again??? Once I had contacted the company they acted quickly to get my order to me. I was very pleased with the items I purchased and I gave them as a late Christmas present and they too loved their gifts. I would make future purchases from Pimms and hope the delivery problem was a one off.”

“Easy to use web site, order was processed quickly and arrived promptly. Upon opening the delivery, and checking the goods we found that two of the Pimms Jugs were new and two were dirty with water marks, The new jugs were wrapped in polythene wrapping, the dirty ones had no wrapping or covers what so ever. Not sure how this came about.”
