“The interface is not as intuitive and the management tools built into the program are sub-par (e.g. the forecast is a custom field to be added to a report and not a mandatory one).”

“This is a wonderful online CRM system. We have used them from our first contact to now keeping track of many thousands of clients, contacts and suppliers. The best bits: it works straight away - very little need for customisation, is completely intuitive, and it's easy to bring on more users.”
