“Wife worked hard to get me a new umbrella an welding hood , an those two where cheap, so i understand was she did added on the 12 bucks protection plan , used all her money to get me these two items, for Father’s Day , yet the umbrella end up missing , im guessing stolen, an not sure if im get new umbrella or refund, or just a , sorry an nothing can be done or do, hopefully this answer the review, not trying say I got ripped off just stuff happens ,”

We do show no shipping protection was purchased but did everything in our power to ensure an investigation was conducted even though the umbrella was successfully delivered and uninsured. We do make note upon purchase that shipping is recommend to ensure your package is protected in case your package is damaged or lost upon transit. Regardless once the package has been successfully delivered and with proof of delivery it is not 100% guarantee that a package claim can be covered since the carrier fulfilled the delivery service. We recommend getting in contact with you local postal office or UPS office on future large package orders to provide delivery instructions and ensure this doesn't happen again. “dont think you need to spend big amount of money on a hood … i bought a 3m speedglas 9100xxi and i absolutely hate it .. ended up taking the leap to pipelinerscloud half the price of competitors and i absolutely love this helment ultra lightweight,amazing head gear,and amazing quality, and the cowhide on the helment is cut perfect keep light out and smoke away , everything about this helmet is badass and everyone at work turns there heads .. i will always buy from pipeliners cloud no were else these guys know what they are doing .you dont need to spend 300$ or 500 $ for a helmet”
