“At Hull City Official Supporters Club we like pitchero, we're using it differently to the standard football or rugby club use it is intended for, so we tend to test it's limits but Pitchero are good at helping with our many questions and generally the support is excellent. The only negative is their unwillingness to remove forced posts advertising their own services in our news feed, we can't even lower it down the order and they stay there for weeks - this is unacceptable when you're paying for a service. Otherwise excellent.”

“Poor Customer Service, no willingness to help or listen to what was discussed in a 40 min phonecall. Finally insulted by the email sent by your advisor, didnt research or look at our website before suggesting a solution. Finally could not even spell the team name correctly”

“Used to be good but now the adverts are getting too big and hiding good content. Our club is now trying to build its own because of too many adverts. Also too many frustating unwanted videos keep auto running - don't want them to start automatically.”
