“Despite "listening" to the issues, don't feel anything was accepted as being an issue. As a long standing supporter of Pitchero this is very disappointing. When discussing functionality and workload, the suggestions to both increase our subscription fee and train our coaches and managers to become admins (again, already been this route) as a workaround doesn't deal with A. the lack of FA Fulltime feeds for our 20+ sides and B. we would be significantly worse of in terms of retained revenue if we followed the advice to upgrade our subscription. Poor. Result. evaluating where we go as a club.”

“At first I was pretty disappointed with Pitchero, as I won a competition and it took me to contact yourselfs tonget the ball rolling. But then my faith was restored by a chap called Tom Chase. He continues to email me to keep me informed of my win. As for the apps and website etc. I’m more than happy with Pitchero”

“Pitchero works well for us, but there are some things that need improving e.g. e-mail notifications, team notifications, weekly roundup emails. More needs to be tailorable per individual website”
