“There was a fit issue with a helmet that I purchased. The person on the phone was absolutely not willing to help me and was absolutely no help. I had to go directly to the manufacturer very poor customer service.”

“I was told that this would fit with the Holley mid mount accessory drive, and it doesn’t. It won’t allow the bolt holes to line up. Also the opening and gasket size do not fit with the thermostat that comes with the Holley kit. Lame to be out the money for something I was told would work.”

“I was VERY disappointed when I got to the race in Daytona and my new headphones wouldn't work. I took them to the RE trailer on site and was told I needed an adapter. Which I bought. They still didn't work. I went back on race day to the trailer, but the line was too long for me to await in. I came home and finally found someone to give me info on returning the item. It did appear that I could only get partial credit. I just want a set of head phones that work before I go to my next race.”

“I ordered o rings for a kistler main pill holder, they were wrong size first of all, and for gas and not methanol, but that's not even my issue. They charged me $15 for shipping. A dime sized part that weighs less then a water bottle cap and they put this inside a box ten times bigger then the o ring. Absolutely rediculous.”

“So far terrible. Second time I’ve had problems receiving a product. Actually 9 days still waiting on a product. Supposedly Fed-Ex had misplaced a package I ordered. A bumper at that. When I ordered my helmet I dealt with same issue so if I ever receive my package this will probably be my last order from PSUSA!!”
