“Had to buy $150 to get free shipping. And the box they mailed my stuff in was five times bigger than they needed. Maybe get it together with your shipping department to use proper size boxes and we could all benefit from it. Was absolutely ridiculous . There was twice as much paper as product.”

“We are pleased with the product. We are so very unhappy about the Box in which the product arrived. The box was so big, you could have put 100 of the product ordered into it. It wasn't a mistake, it is what companies are doing to increase shipping costs. It's not right, and we won't buy from pit stop again.”

“Put order in over weekend. Mon said ordered shipped. Bs. The label was printed on monday didnt get to shipping co until tuesday. Said item in stock, but shipped from somewhere else back east. More bs.”
