“I rarely take the time to write these kind of reviews, but have to take a couple of mins to do so in this case as the service was so slick (great updates on tracking etc!) and the product that arrived (just return address labels, very simple, but still...) absolutely perfect, actually far higher quality than I expected. 100% recommend, and will def use again...refreshing to have such a good product/service! “Hi, Firstly thank you so much for your production of the personalized jigsaw I ordered. I would also like to especially thank you after sales team who very kindly e-mailed me back the collage photograph that the jigsaw was based on so I could get a photo print of it. The only suggestion that I have is the presentation of the product should be addressed. I was a little disappointed that the jigsaw arrived in a small brown cardboard parcel box. I imagined it would been presented in a finished product bow, with a picture of the jigsaw image and the amount of pieces. I feel people would have no issue paying a little more for that addition. That's my only comment. Thank you again and a very merry Christmas to you and all your staff. Regards, Gavan Fitzsimons”

“Ordered 3 calendars, simple process uploading photos and organising layout ( plenty of choice of layout themes ). They arrived within a few days and was very impressed with quality and speed of delivery. Most of photo's I uploaded were 'snaps' off phone so not the best of quality to begin with but I was surprised how well they turned out. All in all exceptional service will definitely be back next year.”

“I made the mistake of ordering the wrong product and picked this up on my receipt. After only one email I received a response within a few hours and this was out of office hours telling me how they would go about getting the order changed to what I actually wanted. This was Wednesday night, and on Thursday the order was despatched and Friday I had the product in my hand. Overall they have helpful staff and a quick and brilliant service. My girlfriend needed to do a scrapbook for a family gift and I recommended the site and I will continue to do so in the future. Brilliant company.”

“The product itself was awesome. In fact I was so pleased with it I asked for details on pricing for extra calendars. In the first instance I was directed to a website and replied that I didn't have time to search through it and simply wanted to know whether I could order 3 more (they were still available on wowcher). I just didn't want to upload all the pics again, unfortunately this was only possible at an inflated price. So the aftercare was an issue for me. However I would recommend your company for those who have time to upload pics .”

All your pictures are stored in your account and can be easily re used at any point without uploading a second time.
