“ Ordered from pizza hur today, on line.prompt delivery and the good was fine, although the topppings we're a little sparse. My Main complaint is the tip being included in the bill and then I was asked about adding another tip ! When did tipping become mandatory ? What ask about a tip when it's already been included in the total ? ”

“ They were able to remake my pizza without base sauce because I couldn’t do it on the online order and able to add sauce without charge to it. Staff was at the Dinsdale Pizza Hutt in Hamilton City was awesome. Pizza was delicious and delivery was fast. ”

“ We expect a full refund of the $43 paid for an order that we did not receive. ”

“ Order took over 2 hours. No answer at the store to get information on why it was taking so long. And then I was missing items when it finally did arrive. I don’t eat pizza and they gave me a free pizza coupon and decided not to refund anything. I only eat the sandwiches and pastas so this coupon is absolutely useless for me! I swear I have nothing but issues with this Store every time I order. ”

“ Bothtimes were for takeout service The first time I noticed it while I was still in the diner and the cashier refunded me the tip they added. ”
