Order online with contactless pickup yesterday. I drove to the curbside for pick up. Their staff came out within 1-2 minutes alway with fast service and courtesy. Price of $12 for a medium size (up to 5 toppings) is a good deal. Pizza is delicious, fresh and hot.

Not all good. What on earth are the senior management doing? A side of chips is £5.29. Garlic bread £6.39, More expensive than the expensive gastro pubs in this part of the UK. No wonder the company is struggling with the need to enforce closures. Get real - price your products sensibly.

Always a fast delivery and whenever we have had problems, they’ve always been really helpful. A great price for what you get and easily my go-to takeaway everytime.

Made an order 10 days ago and at delivery time I was called by branch to be told that ingredients not available and that I have to claim refund from customer service. 10 days and still no refund for an ordered cancelled by them. AVOID! big name but poor customer service.

Buyer beware my wife and I ordered from Abingdon VA on 3/25/22 a supreme pizza for delivery paid with credit card over the phone when I got my credit card statement I was charged $123.

I placed an order today (19-05-2022 at 6.55 pm) that needs to be delivered to Ella town but 15 minutes after confirming the order they said it cannot be delivered becoz it is put of their delivery zone. I believe it should have been told to the customer when placing an order... what is more disappointing is they asking me to cancel the order 30 minutes after placing the order becoz they cant come come to the address l am...

Order on my way home from work, the young lady that answered didn't know the difference between italian sausage or regular. Ask for candian bacon, she said black olives, I replied "no". Got to the place my order was totally wrong. As I was watching she was making a pizza, no gloves, wiping hands on her jeans. Got a refund and went to Miniskys pizza. Will NEVER order from Pizza Hut espeically when no one are wearing gloves.

SHOOOOOOOOUTTTT to Brandi , Charles Town Wv Brandi have awesome customer service , we was indecisive about what we wanted and she gave us welcoming suggestions, made adjustments for stuff we didn’t want and even carried our stuff to my car ! She went ABOVE and Beyond for a customer. Food was hot and delicious! All of Brandi’s efforts was greatly appreciated! Thank you! You made us smile.
