I ordered a set of flannel pajamas on November 23rd and supposedly they provided me a screenshot of the delivery to my doorstep on November 29. The screenshot was not of my door or mat and I sent them a photo proving it. I filed a form and they said I would hear back between 24-48 hours with a resolution and it is now 19 days and no replacement how for it. I also paid for product protection and it didn’t do me any good. I have purchased over 10 pjs over the years but they lost me as a customer forever. Very bad customer service. I am so frustrated at their lack of help, service and to send a replacement pj.

I ordered four pairs of pajamas several weeks ago. The order took an unusually long time to ship, and once it finally did, delivery was again significantly delayed. When FedEx marked the package as delivered, the photo clearly showed it had been thrown into the snow and not delivered to my home. I immediately contacted FedEx and was instructed to reach out to PJ Salvage to file a claim. Since then, I have called and emailed repeatedly, only to receive vague, nonsensical responses that appear to be AI and do nothing to address the issue. I have been unable to reach a real person or get any assistance. The payment was withdrawn from my account immediately upon placing the order. Taking payment was seamless; however, fulfilling the order and providing customer support when something went wrong has been nonexistent. At this point, I have neither the products I paid for nor any clear path toward resolution. And these are Christmas gifts! This experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. Reliable fulfillment and responsive customer service are basic expectations, especially when customers do not receive what they ordered. Unfortunately, PJ Salvage has failed all the way around. This is not the company it used to be.

Somehow, items in my cart arrived ten days later (but received an email the following day requesting I "finish checking out"). No order confirmation was sent and no one answered multiple calls/responded to voice mails. Someone finally replied only after I disputed charges. They claimed my email was wrong (.co rather than .com) but had since been corrected. I doubt order confirmations are manually issued rather system driven and when I asked to return items, they lied and said merchandise was on sale and could not be returned, refunded nor no store credit. I filed a claim with the BBB.

I can’t make an online return and reached out via text and phone and no one answers or calls me back. I’m very frustrated and disappointed with this return process!!

Horrible customer service. I ordered a green set of lounge pajamas on sale. I buy sale stuff all the time on Neimans and saks and return stuff all the time. Furthermore you’re not notified all sales are final until you’ve already paid for the merchandise. Buyer Beware
