“Extremely frustrating experience with PKWA. For a firm with such a strong reputation, the lack of communication was unacceptable. Staff failed to follow up with SLA, and I had to find out on my own that my title deed had already been redeemed three months earlier and it was left sitting in their law firm for months. Internal coordination was clearly lacking, with key details not communicated between staff. Instead of providing proper updates, they simply dismiss queries with a generic “need to wait.” Compensation was also not desirable but apparently the 'best they can give, out of goodwill'. Again, compensation communication was met with lapses and staff did not follow through as promised. We had to wait while they sorted out their internal communications. Be prepared to constantly chase them if you choose to engage their services.”

“Bad experience appoint this lawfirm to handle my housing loan related matters. The secretary assigned never follow up client bank related applications after received completion date from Hdb. Didn’t provide proper guidance for first time buyer on how to check the application status for housing instalment payments after submission.”
