“The shirt fit well, a little tight in the arms, initially. After following the instructions for washing, the sleeves became so tight that it was beyond uncomfortable and I attempted to return it. Was then called and told that since it was washed, it could not be returned. Will not be recommending to others or making future purchases. You expect quality from product to customer service when purchasing at a higher price point and that certainly isn't the case with Pladra.”
