“First time buying two shirts from Pladra (Workhorse Elite Flannel and Every Day Elite Flannel) and I'm impressed by the soft brushed cotton material, excellent stitching, and overall construction. One thing I will mention on sizing, which really is not a major issue just something buyers should be aware of, is the shirts are very true to standard sizing (e.g. if you typically wear a L-T in other brands then the Pladra L-T will eventually work for you as well but only after first wash). At least as of fall 2025 the Pladra flannel shirts are clearly not pre-shrunk (which is why I deducted a star from rating) so if you wash the shirt on cold then hang dry they will still shrink a bit (and if you run the shirt through the dryer it will shrink significantly). So if you order your normal size and when shirt arrives try it on to find it's a bit too large/wide/long just wash it once and dry according to how much shrinkage you desire and voila! ... you'll have a perfectly sized awesome quality flannel shirt. Finally, I will also echo what other reviewers have mentioned on hoping that Pladra will release a more Lightweight line of button-down shirts, right now both their Midweight and Heavyweight flannels are quite thick and very warm which is great for winter but during shoulder seasons I sometimes want a thinner shirt under a few jacket layers for flexibility.”

Also, I love the plaids but many of them are too busy/boxy. Im a big guy, so a windowpane pattern is a LOT of windowpanes sometimes. The subtler, less "pattern-y" stuff is better.”

“Great shirt! I think it was true to size initially, but I haven't yet washed it after a week of wear. I think I will try the company's recommendation of a cold wash with no dryer to keep the size.
It has a nicely fitted styling, with just enough understated flair to not be boring.
