“the bike is sound. The customer experience is something else. Found bike on planetx which was recommended and fitted my needs. bought on ride to work scheme. Ended up entangled in disute between ride to work company (vivup) and planetx. Eventually they sorted out but bike arrived wthout pedals in the order which they resurrected however there was a scratch on the beautifullly wrapped frame. They send a box back, then collected bike and then delivered replacement (meant being at home 4 days for this) and the replacement had a smaller scratch in same place.... I couldnt face going through rigmarole again and the bike had been significantly reduced. They offered me £60 and eventually £100 voucher (as was bought on ride to work.. on a £1200 new bike.. I did wonder if they would accept a brand new bike at £1200 with a scratch on? such an awful experience..”
“bought 3 inner tubes and a water bottle. tubes were sent loose no retail boxes and bottle looked like it was used as a football it was so badly marked. got a email 2 days later saying they would replace bottle only if i made another order. this is a terrible company with a even terrible returns policy. stay well clear.”
“Terrible customer service. Said bike was in stock and took my money. Completely ignored me for 7 weeks until I used resolver to get a response from them. Then sent me an email I couldn't respond to. Still waiting for my bike . No phone number to call , no email address to contact and bombarded with promotions.”
“Avoid this place at all costs.... Take your money and ignore you. I placed an order for Helmut and socks and few other items gbp100. Nearly 3 weeks later still no delivery Every day chasing them and told the same thing ohh he done this wrong I have corrected the issue..... Then no delivery..... Same again and again and again..... Blame game when they do answer you for every 10 attempts on the live chat I got one response on average and it was a blame game... .. It takes a lot for me to write a review about a company because everyone can have a bad day or 2 bad days but close to 20..... They take your money and ignore you steer clear...”
