“I have not ordered from Plastic Printers in about 10 years, simply because our small business takes a while to use up products, but when I needed inventory tags for our rental equipment again, I remembered them and was happy to discover that they were still around.
After authorizing the proof, I was sent an order link and that's when I hit a road block. The shipping on these small items was going to be astronomical. I needed help from a human and once I got that, they were able to ship my items in a more economical fashion, via USPS.
As a small business in Hawaii, securing reasonable shipping rates is hugely important to us and something we often have trouble with, and our experience is that businesses often have their shipping policies and procedures in place and aren't willing to step outside of their norm to help customers. I can't tell you how often I've abandoned a cart of expensive items when the vendor can't figure out how to get the merchandise to us without an undue shipping burden.
Clearly, this was not the case with Plastic Printers. Shawn was kind enough to champion our needs, and before I knew it, my package was on its way, and at a shipping price that made sense to us. We were so relieved to not have to start the ordering process all over again with another company.
Once they arrived, our new tags looked GREAT, but then, even though I'd approved the example they'd emailed me, I discovered an important change I needed to make and had to call for a re-order.
This error was my fault, not theirs, and Lynn at Plastic Printers went out of her way to make sure that my new order was printed and shipped to us immediately. The new order is PERFECT.
