“Amazing product!! That being said, had a problem with my first backbone after about a month where as soon as I inserted my phone into it, it would start taking screenshots and wouldnt respond. Contacted customer support and they immediately sent me a new one and a shipping label to send the one I had back. A++++++ customer support. Received new one within 3 days and it plays flawlessly. Thank you for such an amazing product.”

“I greatly appreciate the website where you can check which games in the app store are compatible with the controller. It has helped me reduce how much time it takes to investigate. My only wish is more games would hop on the compatibility with MFi controllers.”

“Great controller and high quality product. Definitely compares to the quality of a Nintendo Switch, but the iPhone/Backbone version which is great for playing certain mobile games, or in my case Playstation Remote Play on a mobile device. The software also really adds something to the controller functionality that really makes it "feel" like you're using a portable console. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the device and think very highly of it. While I understand the decision, not being able to use an iPhone case with the device would be the most minor convenience issue if you have a case that's not very easy to get on/off since it's an extra step that a lot of people will run into when using this device, but it's a minor complaint to a generally great product.”
