“There is only one bad thing, they promise to give you a free year of access to Backbone + but it's not true, they have only given me a month of trial and I'm waiting for them to fix that or I'll return the equipment, on the contrary everything is fine with the control.”

“You need time to get used to it , it’s hard because of left hand joystick but in other hand it’s really cool thing just one tip if you going to make others make left joystick little bit down not so high”

“Brilliant little controller has revolutionised how I play games in my phone. COD mobile works perfectly and it’s great for cloud gaming. Only improvement I can think of is the thumb sticks are a little loose but for a compact controller like this they are still impressive. I’d recommend this to anyone. Phone gamer or cloud gamer. Just be careful. It doesn’t come with a carry case but I just use the box it came in which is perfect for transporting it.”

“I bought the product. Was never delivered to my house. Contacted via email because no phone number was provided. Haven’t heard back from anyone yet for a refund. Very disappointed. I will be all over the internet about this if nothing is done.”

“My game level has jumped 10* more, this is the best thing they could’ve made for my IPhone, however I don’t know but it’s not working with my iPhone now, waiting to see if I can get another one or another one”

“Well where do I start. I was in hospital when I got an email to say my Backbone had arrived so was looking forward to coming home to use it. I got home only to find the package was never delivered to me. I am disabled and have limited movement so I spoke to my neighbours and they did not have it. I checked my video doorbell and indeed confirmed a UPS driver had never even been to my address. These videos are excellent for court purposes. When I tried to contact Backbone online they gave me a link to FedEx and that was not even the courier that they used. It was UPS. I am disgusted by the way they just fobbed me off without even trying to help me. I will be taking this to the small claims court if not resolved by Backbone. I am on benefits and saved a long time for this product to give my Son for Xmas. I also had 2 friends about to place orders if they liked the look of my sons unit. Hence to say they are staying well clear of Backbone. Not happy at all.”

“Looks and the ease of mounting the phone are top. Applying the phone adapter (I use 14 pro) and having the phone slightly tilted can trigger OCD, and the d-pad buttons are kind of off. PlayStation buttons feel like they have a deeper press but just need to get used to it. All in all, I would recommend it as the only way to play PS remote and Games on an iPhone.”

“Works really well with both mobile games and PlayStation 4 Remote play. The layout is very similar to a Nintendo switch but the ergonomics work well with use on remote play. I use it for remote play while traveling and it works as intended.”
