“their service is fine, but they only do a few runs a day and you regularly have to book hours or a day in advance to get a slot (despite what they advertise) and they sometimes chose not to disclose that until after you've already paid. Could stand to hire some more runners to keep up with the competition.”

“I'm not sure what has happened recently, but the response time to chat messages is seriously lagging. At the top of each chat it says "we reply immediately"... but that has not been my experience. Today, I waited 25 minutes to get a response. Meanwhile, you guys were advertising in the trade chat on my server over and over. so someone was online advertising, but no one was online on the website to answer.”
