Purchased a heroic Aberrus carry from their site. Night of the raid I contacted them for the invite, and was told that they had an error on their site, and if I wanted to go on the raid, it would cost an additional $200. Full Story: After purchasing this armor and token priority run, I reached out to schedule. Their representative responded that I was booked for 7:30 PM EDT the following day (May 1). I accepted this and was ready to go. No invite arrived, and I reached out again. This is when I was told by a different representative that it would be an additional $200 if I wanted to go on the run. PlayCarry had over 24 hours from the time of purchase to contact me about their "mistake" but chose instead to let me sit and then, at the time of the raid, offer a higher price. This is equivalent to purchasing concert or airline tickets at one price and then showing up at the gate and being asked for more money or denied entry and offered a refund. In fact, as this is a UK company, in 2008, Parilament passed the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading regulations 2008. Schedule 1 of those Regulations lists commercial practices which, because of their inherently unfair nature, are prohibited in all circumstances. This is sometimes known as the banned list. On that list of banned practices are: Bait advertising – enticing the consumer with advertising around special prices when the trader knows that he cannot offer that product or only has a few in stock at that price. Bait and switch – luring the consumer with attractive advertising of one product at a special price, with the intention of selling the consumer something else. Under the Regulations, a trader commits a criminal offence if they engage in a banned commercial practice listed in Schedule 1. The package I purchased was listed on their website. I added it to my cart, checked out, contacted their representatives via chat to schedule and was told that my slot was the next day. On that day, their representative stated the following: "This is a very rare raid in itself because it essentially gets all the loot from its class and it physically cannot cost so cheap at the beginning of the season" They had an advertised price on their website and had no intention of honoring the purchase of that service at the price it was listed. All I asked for is that this company honor the package that was bought and paid for on their website, but they refused.

Group[s are mediocre and the customer service is worse.

I did this for the first time the group they put me with had 2 other people that where in my class and no high lvl player in my class that could bid on anything I needed like it says in the description when buying the boost. Also did not win a singal role. Have better chances doing it your self with a random raid..they also put you with 40 people so your odds are worse.

Paid for 9/9 Aberrus, got nothing. Stick to pugs.

Took them a bit, but Blizzard suspended my account for using the playcarry services. I highly suggest against it, not worth loosing your account temporarily or even permanently.

In game players that help are rude and make the experience unenjoyable.

Paid for services and used the coupon code mentioned in the email. It did not work. When I told the person in the chat he was rude assuming I had not applied it and told me that the code was not working anyways. He would not fix it. I would not have bought the service if there was not a coupon.

This is a severe misconception!!! I bought their run and they brought another person to compete with my loot class when I bought a 8/8 “Loot” run. This other person got 5 pieces of loot to my one out of 8 bosses. I dont recommend they are not selling what they are advertising!!

Try other services, meh on this one

To be fair as possible I am going to start at the beginning...I have used their services more than a handful of times for both Raids and Mythic runs. They used to be amazing and would have given them 5 stars any day; however, like everything else these days their quality of services and customer support has tanked HARD. Here are my lessons learned: If you buy a mythic run, don't pay extra for a personal looter. The first time I did it they said they couldn't accommodate it and would credit my account for next time. I accepted because I knew I would be using them again. Unfortunately, the next week came, and not only did they not credit my account they tried to tell me that I didn't pay for it and that the customer service rep that I talked to didn't exist. Conveniently that part of the conversation magically disappeared from the chat service. As for their raid service, be very careful doing business with this company and their definition of "Group Loot" when you are buying any of this service. 22-man raid run, 4 bosses, and only one piece of loot dropped per boss....period. Their definition of group loot is basically "Good Luck"....but what they fail to tell you up front is that their Boosters are all loot locked so only one piece of loot drops for about 8 customers to roll against each other for versus the 4-6 pieces of loot that should have dropped off a boss. Their "good luck" philosophy is basically good luck rolling against all other customers in that raid on very limited amount of loot. With all that said here is what I recommend if you want to try your luck: - Take a screenshot of your Order Confirmation because even though they ask you for your email, you will not get order confirmation via email. Right after you purchase is your only chance to save your order details. - Do not buying anything raid related after Wednesday - Take a screen shot of your chat conversations because you can't trust anything that is said there will actually be saved I hope people learn from my lessons learned the hard way. Good Luck Out There!

Not worth it. If you just want to "complete" the raid, sure, spend your money. But if you have any hopes of loot, forget it. There are 10-12 other people paying for the same raid, all rolling for the same loot. Nothing is guaranteed and RNG can totally screw you over. Save your money, find a guild that runs/clears the raid.

Spent $40 CAD on a run and got treated like an inconvenience. There was no communication at all. Every time I said something in chat I was ignored. They skipped mobs and just left me to die trying to follow them. More than once! I think the one sentence reviews are fake. I have asked around and they have a rep for not sticking to times, no communication, ignoring the customer. Their customer service replied back to me basically saying “well you got what you paid for” I got $40 worth of elitism. Thanks…

Ordered the 0-1600 RBG boost for $119. Got blown off for the time they had scheduled me two times in a row and one of the times they said it was for "connection issues" as if I hadn't been watching the dude they used as in-game contact join BGs for the last 3 hours.

My account was banned for 30 days after using this service and Blizz is removing all rank achieved through it as well as other things. 10 out of 10 do not recommend

Fast answer and good chat support. But in game I got the feeling that I was just a means to get money. No reply on chats or anything.. When my "purchase" (in this case 5/5 tier bosses) was done I just got kicked from the raid.. No "thanks for joining" or anything. Will not use playcarry in the future.. There are alot of guilds who do the same for less and are more pleasant to run with.
