Since you started the new format I have had many problems. Can only spin a few times and all reels keep spinning.. Have to reload game. Game freezes up, no reason. Too many new games and not enough support. It just isn't working right. The bet amount has gone way up and the winnings have gone down.

Your new format is 3 times as slow as the original. Have requested help via email several times no response. 10 minutes or more to load, every other spin games jumps to Fortune Place then locks up. The Ceasars crown kveeps spinning and nothing happens. This has been going on for several months. I've decided not to play Caesar Slots, its impossible to actually play your slots!
