“They cheat and essentially tell you to go fend for yourself if you don't like it. Their products are extremely overpriced and the 'free' tickets and spins for me have always been minimum or close to minimum... Never once in 7 years of playing and over 1000's of spins have I ever gotten above the third lowest prize on the wheel. Even when 'multiplied' I still get the bare minimum, so why would I buy anything? Oh yes, because during the pandemic on the Steam Board (removed within a day), a developer was telling people who didn't want to spend money that they were leeches and needed to play somewhere else. For blackjack, the odds are heavily against the players. I once saw the dealer get 5 of 10 hands dealt a blackjack, and the other 5 dealers hit to 20 or 21. Now, if this were a legitimate game, I would think having played hours upon hours, I'd have seen a player do something similar and it not happening proves this is a ripoff (saying it is for entertainment purposes but not telling people how rigged the game is, is theft). I have had many issues like a piggybank of 120 million not credited to my account. Winnings not being credited to my account; I won $30 million once on a spin even videotaped it because of past problems where chips were not credited after a spin, and I got no response from customer service. When I posted about it on the steam board, they told me to contact customer service. And when I replied I did and there was no answer, they deleted the thread. As for social interactions, the players (mostly bots because it's getting harder for them to fill tables with live players) are rude, and very very rarely is there anyone willing to talk. One might as well play a computer poker game to get the same interactions and better odds.”

“Playtika have made several retrograde changes to June’s Journey. They have removed the certainty of receiving diamonds from gift bushes being replaced with bushes that *might* give diamonds or something else entirely. The weekly Detective League prizes have been downgraded and no longer have diamonds at all except for the first week. Competition prizes have been downgraded over the last year as well. This causes a lot of non play. Diamonds are a core resource in the game and any reduction in their numbers has an adverse effect on gameplay. Additionally, Playtika does not offer players equal opportunities - algorithms decide if a player receives a very expensive offer (AU$159.99 and includes 2500 diamonds plus a decor item or snippet pack) or a very reasonable offer (AU$6.99 and includes the same decor item or snippet pack but only 100 diamonds). Their logic is that the high offer is better value and is offered only to their higher spending customers. It takes forever to reshape your algorithm to receive cheaper offers if you’ve ever made the mistake of buying bulk diamonds. Finally there are at least 2 different rewards algorithms for the new gift bushes so while some players may have a 70% chance of receiving diamonds from a purple smokebush, other unlucky players will only have a 15% chance of diamonds. Additionally the coin payout on that bush is 100 coins, yet it cost your teammate 300 coins to give it to you. Lucky players only have an 8% chance of the coins, but unlucky players have a 35% chance. These unfair tactics engender a lot of ill will towards Wooga/Playtika, because we feel unvalued as customers, and we feel we are just for pure economic profit/politics in the way they treat us. June’s Journey used to be a wonderful game before Playtika took over. In 6 years, the highest profits ever.”

“Hello, we are very disappointed with the changes With the "Need Help" in our game "June's Journey" We no longer know how to follow with the "spend 20/40 fragment points", Find Fragment Packages 1/3/4" and open Fragment Pouches"! The pleasures of the game June's Journey become constraints and we don't want that! And for our Team Impossible to finish The Mystery Game that we loved! The changes made are very disappointing because there are no more choices or so few that we play much less! We no longer want to put Diamonds in this game! ;-( ;-( Bonjour nous sommes très décus des changements Avec les "Besoin d'Aide" dans notre jeu "June's Journey" Nous ne savons savons plus suivre avec les "dépenses 20/40 points fragment", Trouve des Paquets Fragment 1/3/4" et ouvre des Pochettes Fragment"! Les plaisirs du jeu June's Journey deviennent des contraintes et ça nous ne voulons pas! Et pour notre Equipe Impossible de terminer Le Jeu Mystère que nous aimions! “I play slotomania for 6 years, the game always been rigged but nowadays its impossible to play without buying. Everything is fixed to extrat kore money from us. I want the goverment to take a look into these social casino games, and make them follow the same rules as online casinos. Even if you cant win real money here they still generate millions everyday scamming our money, this us an unregulated scam.”

“they have absolutly ruined a game bb with there greed wont return credits lost due to disconnection which is more and more 12v days asking for them to be returned no responce other then to chat in game muted for complaining i guess former moderators saying they are adding more and more bots in to the game so less people win also stating that they have set on a account where it takes months to finish a room change numerous things in games like super chargers at the end of rds so you waste them without using them taking away ability to purchase power ups with coins they decide what ya get took away timers because people figured out there system every rd now has pop ups for purchasing so many people leaving and complaining about what used to be a good game its all about their greed and its getting worse every day rigged games the credits they wont return were purchased not free also caught the customer service people lying proved it my game was shut down for a week reported lost cred denied that i did wouldnt return absolutely brutal customer service and thieves”
