“My team needs diamonds and y'all took away our diamond resources that we got from bush gifting please change it so we can get diamonds back from bushes”

“They keep changing the game to the level that watching ads are not enough. I don't mind the ads, but they keep taking necessary resources away , so that it is difficult for players to continue without purchases. It is a serious problem.”

“Regrettably taking away the bushes that gave us diamonds hurt quite a few people. We needed them because a lot of us are on pensions and can't afford to buy. So for us old folks we would appreciate if those bushes were returned. Thank you”

“Customer service is almost non existent. Canned response unless write back 4 or 5 times. Everything is about getting your hard earned $$$’s Nothing like before Playtika took over.If I wanted to gamble I’d play their casino games. Bad changes constantly to what was a great relaxing game.”

“I started off LOVING JJ & felt that way till the last couple of months. The HUGE amount.of advertising is dreadful. Replaying a chapter for 2-3 days is uttering boring. The owners of the game are ONLY interested in making as much money in the quickest time possible. I've always had the view point in life that loyalty is rewarded, regretfully it's NOT Playtika's philosophy ....MONEY/GREED”

“First it was coffeegate, now its bushgate. Like that we can move the bushes around but we really need the gems so we can serve the 2nd cup of coffee. Please reinstate getting gems from bushes. It is taking the joy out of playing.😒”

“I am giving a 2 star because you gave one good feature and one bad one. The bushes are pretty and we can move them that is great. Please just make them a set item on each bush so we know what we are getting and giving. That is the bad part about the change.”

“The game itself used to be fun but it was sold to Playtika (who are now trying to sell it) who are trying to monetize it more as we’ll as change it to pay to play. You have to watch videos to do anything. They have dramatically reduced the prizes so it’s harder to play without using cash. They are slowly changing rewards to gambling type and they are trying to manipulate players into paying for things. I’m sad about it. Used to be a fun game.”
