I would definitely recommend PlentyHolidays. Everything went very smoothly and truly surpassed our expectations.
From the moment we landed in Cairo, our transfer was waiting and ready to take us straight to the hotel. We stayed at the Saray Pyramids & Museum View, and our room was lovely with an incredible view of the Pyramids. The terrace restaurant and bar offered breathtaking views of both the Pyramids and the new Grand Egyptian Museum, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
After a few days in Cairo, we were picked up on time and taken to Cairo International Airport for our flight to Luxor, where we boarded our 7-night Nile Cruise on the Nile Crown. The boat was beautiful, with a warm and friendly crew and excellent food throughout the journey. I would absolutely recommend the Nile Crown—it made our cruise very special.
At the end of the cruise, we were transferred to Cleopatra Luxury Resort Makadi in Makadi Bay for a relaxing 5-night stay. This was a fantastic way to end the holiday. The hotel featured three large pools and a stunning beachfront location, complete with a coral reef accessible directly from the beach. Everything you need is on-site—no need to leave the resort. It was the perfect place to unwind.
Our final airport transfer arrived on time to take us home, wrapping up what was a well-organized and stress-free trip.
PlentyHolidays provided all the information we needed well in advance, with clear instructions at every stage. We always knew exactly what was happening and when. A special mention to David, who was excellent—he made sure every detail was taken care of, from specifying the best room types to noting dietary preferences and coordinating with local agents.

“Nile cruise stay booked with Plenty holidays We’ve just returned from our incredible holiday, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the very beginning, Stanley and David were extremely helpful and professional, making the entire booking process smooth and stress-free.Our trip included 7 nights on a 5-star full-board Nile Cruise aboard the beautiful Nile Crown, followed by 3 nights in Giza with stunning pyramid views, and 4 nights all-inclusive on the Red Sea Riviera — everything was perfectly arranged.
The included excursions were fantastic, especially the Nile Cruise tour package and visits to the Pyramids, Museums, and Alexandria. We had a lovely stay in Cairo, spending a couple of nights exploring the city. The full-day trip to the new Grand Egyptian Museum and the Pyramids was a definite highlight — truly unforgettable. Our local rep in Cairo, Jalal, was very knowledgeable and made sure we had all the information we needed.
Upon arrival in Luxor, our transfers were perfectly on time, and we were warmly greeted by our rep Aladeen for the Nile cruise. The ship, Nile Crown, was clean, well-maintained, and exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed with a fruit basket and water bottles, and the double bedroom we received on the top floor was fantastic — comfortable and spacious.
Our visit to the Valley of the Kings was a superb experience. Learning that it was discovered by Howard Carter in 1922 made it even more special.
To be honest, I was a bit skeptical at the start of the booking process, but our reps Stanley and Adam were incredibly helpful and reassuring throughout. They made the whole journey smooth and stress-free.

“Normally book myself but wanted different flight times so used these guys. Got me everything I required except inclusive breakfast which was lost in translation somewhere. No problem though.
Great price £130 each for 2 nights and 3 days, flights and 4 star hotel in Kraków centre.
Hotel was offered as an upgrade from the advertised one, going on the photos of the other hotel it was a good exchange.

“I am so disappointed with this company. I booked a city break to Barcelona via wowcher which ended up being a completely waste of money (1 day only out of 3 paid for due to poor flights) so I had to end up changing all the details to actually have some time there. My representative told me the hotel is in Barcelona, it is not. I was also told the airport I was going to was just 30 mins from the hotel and not to add on transfers as it would be cheaper to get a taxi. I made the booking on the phone trusting the agent to then find out after that the hotel is 30+ mins from Barcelona and an hour from the airport. I then phoned back up to add on the transfers and then said I couldn't, which is very dodgy. I work for a travel company and this is just a major red flag. I am now going to have to spend what it would have cost to stay in the centre in taxis. I'm so disappointed. I knew when I saw the offer it was too good to be true and I'm so gutted I just didn't arrange myself like I normally would.”
“Plenty / delight holidays / living social / wowcher utterly abominable service o will NEVER buy a voucher again .
I spent £667 for a trip for 2 to Marrakesh flights and accomo included at a particular hotel . We bought the voucher because the hotel has such good ratings . Needless to say after redeeming the voucher , u have To within 2 days or loose your money .. I called plenty / delight holidays the Friday the Saturday and numerous times the money . Eventually after 5 pm Monday the sales associate offers me a booking in the hotel as advertised except he wants another £120 or alt another hotel at add £189 . Also no direct flight home must overnight in Porto with add cost for shuttle food and accomo as well as take another annual leave day . This was not as advertised . Advert misled the public . As such I said no . I am cancelling and invoking my right for a full refund as I am within my 14 days . That was 20 March … so far nothing from wowcher but WhatsApp messages saying they are dealing with it and days ago I should have had a response Already . U acceptable . Please do not use they are thieves”
