“The so-called "plumber" do not fix my shower and charged me £144 for the visit. I will never use you again!”

“wasted money! o'full service + guy tells me its fixed ! if any troubles to lift the lid and fiddle, me saying don't wanna fiddle , want it fixed! didn't have the part on him, tho the office told me problem will be fixed on the spot when booking this, wasted £ 85 + vat for nothing, get a proper plumber instead! no, will not recommend!”

“Abysmal service - emergency plumber showed up late, had no interest in actually investigating the problem and failed to fix a leak that was pointed out to him. I needed to get a different company out the next day to tackle the problem. Waste of time, waste of money. When I raised this with the head office they were not interested at all.”

“NOT RECOMMENDED. Very unsatisfied with their service. I used them to look at my broken boiler. Plumber turned up 2 hrs late, was in for 20 minutes, sent 3 pictures of broken boiler, said i need a new boiler and will be sending quotation asap. Since then i have been asking his co. several times and him for quotation on replacement but completely ignored. Now, i have no option than to send another technician to have a good look at it. £102 wasted.”

“AVOID. Horrendous service. The didn’t complete the iob and ran off with the money. Bathroom wasnt sealed so was leaking to the downstairs and shower tray wasn’t fitted properly which also caused leaks. When I asked for them to come back and fix it or refund me for the part of the job that wasn’t done properly they refused, threatened me and blocked me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!”

“Have had to give it one star to write this review. No stars are in order. Have been II days without hot water. Plumbers assigend were incapable making sensible arrangements, broke promises about arrival times and fasled to turn up. When they finally turned up, late again this afternoon for a serious job that required more time, they were unable to complete owing tot their own incompetence and left the situation worse than they found it, i.e no heating, no piped water at all and a leak that wasn't there before dripping down into the flat below. They were rude, refused to say when they might be back and had the audacity to ask for payment. Will be looking for someone else to do the job and seeking redress through legal means. Will not be risking Plumbers4U again.”

“Plumbers (2) arrived within the hour. Removed leaking shower unit, but instead of replacing o-rings and washers messed about with the supply pipes and made leak worse. Said it was a cheap unit and wanted to replace it (not cheap £146). I asked them to blank off pipes so I could turn the water supply back on but they said this was not possible. I went to B&Q and bought two 15mm stop ends and blanked off the pipes myself. Ordered a service kit from the manufacturers (free of charge) under the 10year warranty. Plumbers 4 u, a waste of my time and money.”

“The plumber did not fix he leak and told me it’s cheap plumbing and I should go and buy all the pieces myself and fix the leak myself! The customer services and complaints department don’t pick up the phone or they put the phone down when I call to discuss the leak that hasn’t been fixed but I’ve paid £85+VAT!! Cowboy plumbers! I have sent a written complaint to the complaints department. Meanwhile I have a kitchen leak and cannot use my kitchen sink!!”
