“A 20 minute job turned into 2 days of utter hell. The cost of the work rocked up as the incompetent "plumber" made a pig's ear of everything. There was no apologies or anything, just "I'll need more money to fix that". In the end, I called in another company who sorted things out within 1 hour.”

“Avoid like the plague They failed to fix my pipe leak but still charged me. They refused to come back to do the work properly. I had to call a proper plumbing company to come round and fix the mess that these jokers had left behind. Also, the people I dealt with were extemely rude.”

“Not even worth zero stars. Can’t believe this company is still allowed to operate in the manner that it does. Plumber arrives to replace sink and quote increases on his arrival as he needs ‘additional pipes’. Forced to carry out the work as threatened with debt collectors if I do not want to go ahead. The Plumber returns to complete the Job with no new pipework, overflow is left off and sink is left to leak. Call over and over again to get plumbforce back to fix it as 12 month guarantee has been paid for but 3 times the job is booked in and we wait around for the plumber but no one shows up. When you try to call to chase up the plumber you find your number is blocked deliberately by the company and you can’t get through to anyone at all. An absolute waste of time, this is the rudest and most appalling customer service I have ever experienced. Even if you are desperate, NEVER ever make that first call to this company. It is shocking that they are allowed to trade in this way and from reading other reviews I am definitely not alone.”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Two plumbers arrived 3 hours late. Per the company's hold music 'we pay you if we're late'. This is a fraudulent claim. They gave a quote of nearly £600 for a faulty ballcock replacement (a job I eventually paid £80 for). I called to cancel any work being done within half an hour of their visit and was promised a full refund by their customer services. Then discovered £290 had been taken out of my account. Called multiple times, was promised full refund again. Never arrived. Direct line that was given never connected. Called customer services again to chase and 'Debbie' hung up on me, saying they wouldn't be refunding any payment. Atrocious company - avoid at all costs.”

“avoid this rubbish company! when you book an appointment, they give you 2 hr time slot, they never show up! they don't send book confirmation, no text msg whatever to communicate to you. when you call customer service at evening, they said they couldn't log into to check if the plumber on the way or not, all they say the plumber should come and of course they never come! wish I read review before I book, completely rubbish!”
