Delivery was not as ordered and with one item missing. Courier was gone before delivery could be checked. Unable to complete the order, eventually requested refund for goods unavailable, convluted drawn out process for returns.

I actually had good service but I had to take a day off work and do a round trip of 400 miles to return the steam cabinet. I have a branch of plumb world 1 Mile from my house. It’s a shame you are unable to accept returns to local depos. That would be 5Star service.

Accepted the return of a shower which I had ordered in error without any quibble and then spent time talking me through the options that would work for me and even emailed me a basket pre-loaded with the options so that I could look at them at leisure and then delete the ones I didn't want. Delivery was swift and the refund for the return shower came through in days.
