Excellent customer service. Accepted the return of a shower which I had ordered in error without any quibble and then spent time talking me through the options that would work for me and even emailed me a basket pre-loaded with the options so that I could look at them at leisure and then delete the ones I didn't want. Delivery was swift and the refund for the return shower came through in days.

bought a tap based on write up Product arrived quickly Unfortunately when opened it stated it should be fitted to a tank system As i on mains with combo boiler So i had to send it back at my expense £ 10 ?? But i was refunded very very quickly All in all a good service
