“I was really excited for my package since I’ve heard so much good about PNY beauty, but unfortunately they sent my order to the wrong address. And yes, I’ve put in my right adress and even got an email where they made sure I was certain to get it shipped to where I live in Europe, cause of the tax charges. So I know there’s no fault from my side here. I’m really disappointed, and have still not gotten any response from them.”

“I ordered over $60 worth of three items , Once I ordered, I was notified that they are taking a break until August 2 They also charged me payments One for the Afterpay, which I was planning to pay for Then they charged me for the whole total, which was 6363 ! I tried to reach out to them. They did not reach back nor did they pick up. ! I have not received my package. I’m not even sure if it’s going to come. This is all giving scam to me.”

We had an announcement on our website as well as on our order confirmation email to ensure that customers were aware of the short closure but unfortunately this was missed by some. Regarding the charges, it appears there was a misunderstanding with the payment process as we do not offer Afterpay. We have already processed a full refund for your order which you should receive back within a few business days. “My order got delivered on the wrong address so if i can get my money back from it or re send my order”

Hi Cathy, Thank you for your review, we apologize that your order was delivered to the wrong address, however this is the address that you provided to us when you placed your order. If the person that received the package does not send it back to us then we can initiate a lost package claim in order to provide you with a refund or a replacement package.
