This company will do everything they can to avoid paying you! I won £2000 on one of their slot machines and requested a withdrawal on 21/12/2021. I’d had an account with them for quite a while and had previously suffered from their ridiculous identification system when I’d requested a large withdrawal 6 months earlier so presumed that this time as I’d already provided them with everything that they had asked for (and they had approved it) that my withdrawal request would be quick and painless. NO. They asked me for further identification including: bank statements, secondary bank statements, proof of earnings and a copy of an invoice proving that I had done some work for a person that had paid money into my account. I provided them with everything that they requested and then they came back and asked me for a more up to date bank statement up to the 24/12 (the date was the 28/12 and my bank statements come out on the 9th of every month - I had provided them with a statement up to the 9/12), clearly this was a delaying technique but I managed to provide them with a pdf of a transaction list off of my online banking account which I emailed over to them and they approved. I had a telephone conversation with them discussing payments in and out of my bank account and I gave them everything but I still to this date (16/1/2022) have not been paid. They have banned my account and have gone quiet. I have lodged a complaint with them but have heard nothing!! Please just send me my money!! ONLINE GAMERS / GAMBLERS AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!
Customer service department are friendly enough but have absolutely no knowledge of what’s happening with your account so are as useful as a chocolate teapot. It’s the banking department that knows what is happening with your withdrawals but they will not speak to anyone on the telephone!! What a waste of space.”

When you win they ask you to text them a few day later (cost you money) then they call you back (cost you money) then want details you have already submitted to them.

“Pocketwin are an absolute joke, I have self excluded due to their absolute farcical withdrawal process.
I forwarded all relevant documentation as requested, paid phone bills, bank account transactions, passport, driving license and even my bank card.
I spoke with one of their customer service representatives, and she even confirmed that she was happy with everything, and my withdrawal request would be now processed by the banking team.
I’m still waiting, and they are now stating that they need my username, which I have totally forgot!
Unbelievably even after they ask me my address, dob, full name, and what phone number is linked to the account. To which I gave them , they then say I fail their security check, and refuse to discuss matters with me.
I was even asked what my last deposit was, which I also confirmed, and still no joy.
I can’t recover my username because I’ve self excluded, and they say they have no other available security questions to ask me.
So apart from donating my blood, there’s no joy.
It’s amazing though, that when I opened my account with them, and having made numerous deposits.
At no stage did they ever ask for proof of who I am!
So my advice is stay away from this site, because all they do is take take take!

“Complete con artists, PocketWin and bonus boss the same. Had a little win on both. Nothing amazing but all the same for the month it should have made me better off. I sent all my ID off to them like you would expect from a legitimate site. This in mind I’m feeling a bit flush so I spend over my budget for the month expecting my winning with in the time frame specified. Now I have fallen behind for the month. I spent £100’s and in 15/04/2021 I withdrew £60 I had supposedly won , they said it usually takes 1 working day to process it then it up to 5 working days to be in ya account. I have phoned them 8 times and they have said we give wrong info to me and will do a manual bank transfer that will take a couple days, that was 13 ago
