“Nothing but a robbing con of a gaming site. I will not be depositing anymore of my well earned cash to u robbing theiving t@@ts. Its impossible to get any five in a row. Takes your money and don't give hardly anything back. Oh and u have the fortunate to win anything wont payup unless u have a mountain of documents. Its time trading standards got involved and ban these robbing fucks. Nothing but a fucking con. Oh an u can Av my email coz iam the genuine one not you.”

“Absolute joke of a company. Do not pay out after all ID sent for me to claim my £70 win. They make every attempt to not pay. Basically stealing your money. Said I was not allowed my money due to my phone bill not being paid. Which was not due for another 4 days!! Said I would get my payout once my bill was paid!! Would not allow me to speak to a manager either! I would suggest everyone delete the app and do not deposit any money into these robbing bas@rds!! I am now going to write a bad review on every single review site and social media site with any relation to pocketwin! Apt name really as they pocket your win!!!”

“Absolutely shocking.. they take take take your money but when you want to withdraw you have to send information id about everything, bank card passports letters even your phone bills.. wonder they haven’t asked me send a strand of my hair in just to be sure it’s me.. so now I have no withdrawal as they are saying they also need bank statements to show my bill is getting paid even though I sent them confirmation off my mobile provider.. there is 1 specific woman who is on live chat called Melanie.. she has attitude.. also likes to tell you what they need to let you have your winnings but then every time you go back on live chat and she’s online she will make something else up they need just to be an absolute tool.. AVOID”

“I deposited £25 and was given £2.50 bonus credit I won £70 and when I wanted to cash out they said the money I just won was bonus credit and had to play it this is about the8th time this has happened I wanted to quit I had played 36 £1.50 spins from my cash and winnings so I had played what was required about 6 times over also there are constant glitches the lines stop on a win for about 3seconds then move into a none win”

“Dont pay out. Use every excuse not to pay winnings. Robbing thieves. Stay clear dont spend your money here you wont get your winnings no matter how much documents you send them. They use this method not to pay up. It's nothing to do with security or money laundering they know your genuine just excuse after excuse not to pay up. Oh and the reason your in a queue on the phone is because theres that many people trying to get though to them for their winnings. Appsolute joke of a site. The gambling commission should seriously shut them down an be taken to court for defrauding the public.”

“I put in £ 1700 then I won £ 2296 but I waited forever and couldn't see the money in my account, every day I called when they asked for the bank bill when they asked for ID when I deposited All information they say after 1 to 5 days money will be in my account but still do not see then I call on the phone they say to send information next date and time I put money into play, after I I sent them to the printed bank, they said it was too blurry and they were actually a scam company, why are there people who work for that company who do not feel so cruel why they cheat? Don't they feel hurt, if their loved ones do that, what do they think, but why are scam companies like this, the government still exists, what am I going to do? lost my 1700 pounds”

“Unfounded negative reviews!! I recently joined PocketWin and deposited £20. I accumulated this win to over £1000. It was at this point I decided to withdraw my winnings. The whole process was done very quickly and easily and the winnings were back in my account less than a week after I requested them and sent the relevant ID. I have read a lot of the negative reviews about PocketWin and their withdrawal process and requirements, and honestly I would rather they wanted to be sure I was who I said I was in order to ensure I received my winnings and not someone else. I think most of the negative reviews are unfounded and simply left by people who do not understand the free spins and wagering process. If you are going to have a go at online casino websites then you need to understand the rules. In my opinion PocketWin deserve the 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠 I have given them. Thanks PocketWin 🙂 👍”

“I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve read so many reviews about PocketWin not paying out winnings and they are TRUE!! I’ll leave a review on every site so they don’t scam other people. Withdrew some winnings and they said it will be in my account within 1 working day after they asked me for proof of absolutely everything, it was finally okay. They have now banned my account and will now send my winnings.”

“I've been playing with PocketWin for years and I got my wagering to £0.00 meaning anything I won would now be able to withdraw in cash not bonus credit I have requested 2 winning withdrawals and I am still waiting to get paid from them since November 2020 were now June 2021 and I am still waiting alls I get told is my ID is not good enough I have used a indate passport my medical card my bank statement again a recent one aswel as a housing benefit letter and a solicitors letter and a utility bill letter and all that IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH for them to pay me out but it's totally different when they are talking money we deposit to them you know they are ok using my bank card for deposit but they won't release my winnings to the same bank card along with all the ID I sent them I really don't understand how they say it not good enough I pass security when I phone them so surely I can't give them anymore to prove it is me they even tried saying that I breached my account terms and conditions as am using a phone number that is registered to another account a account that I had many years ago in a different address with a different card I had registered back then as far as am concerned I informed them that I had changed address and I added a new card to my account so I haven't breached anything they just DONT want to pay me out as it's a few hundred pounds am owed if they won't pay what they owe they should add it back in your account so you can play it I wouldn't recommend PocketWin to anyone you will have nothing but excuse after excuse from them”

“Avoid this site!! Always happy to take your money but never wants to pay out. It rearely lets you win on real money as you can’t withdraw bones money so you will find that is mostly what you win. On the odd accession you might win real cash but that’s when they start to request additional information. Happy to take your money without this information though, just not withdraw. They will first request your proof of ID which most sites request so that’s not a problem. They then start requesting phone bills, previous phone bills, bank statement with phone bills on. Don’t wast your time and money on this site!! I tried to resolve it through emails but they reply to you about once every 2-3 weeks meaning I had 4 email replies over the course of ten weeks an still didn’t get it resolved! They can keep it an I will not be putting any more money into this site. Tip- if you do use this site then don’t speak to the chat hosts, they are never happy with any type of banter, they are only happy when they are asking stupid questions so they can try and get you to follow a link to play slots”
