This company will do everything they can to avoid paying you! I won £2000 on one of their slot machines and requested a withdrawal on 21/12/2021. I’d had an account with them for quite a while and had previously suffered from their ridiculous identification system when I’d requested a large withdrawal 6 months earlier so presumed that this time as I’d already provided them with everything that they had asked for (and they had approved it) that my withdrawal request would be quick and painless. NO. They asked me for further identification including: bank statements, secondary bank statements, proof of earnings and a copy of an invoice proving that I had done some work for a person that had paid money into my account. I provided them with everything that they requested and then they came back and asked me for a more up to date bank statement up to the 24/12 (the date was the 28/12 and my bank statements come out on the 9th of every month - I had provided them with a statement up to the 9/12), clearly this was a delaying technique but I managed to provide them with a pdf of a transaction list off of my online banking account which I emailed over to them and they approved. I had a telephone conversation with them discussing payments in and out of my bank account and I gave them everything but I still to this date (16/1/2022) have not been paid. They have banned my account and have gone quiet. I have lodged a complaint with them but have heard nothing!! Please just send me my money!! ONLINE GAMERS / GAMBLERS AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!
Customer service department are friendly enough but have absolutely no knowledge of what’s happening with your account so are as useful as a chocolate teapot. It’s the banking department that knows what is happening with your withdrawals but they will not speak to anyone on the telephone!! What a waste of space.”
