I bought a black cable patterned lambs wool jumper.It was stiff,tight across the neck and very uncomfortable to wear.Unfortunately when I tried to soften it it also shrank and was still stiff.Iwas ill when it arrived and should have returned it.It has been an expensive mistake.What can I do ?

Just received your catalog and now after reading reviews, am afraid to order anything. Order from Boden with no problems but what about your problems?, R they fixed now??? , With Boden I am able to order a 6 and it fits perfectly. Received from someone that a 6 is equal to a 10 in GB. Is this correct and if so, do I order the 6 or shall I order a 10? Very confusing.

Want to order three of the same top. Catalog name. (High summer 2019) . Pg 130...scoop_neck linen t_shirt. How does it fit ??? I usually order small but your size guide puts sizes 6 and 8 in the same catagory. I dont want the top to look too baggy....should i order x-small????

Beautiful clothes, but what about shrinkage? Are linen items, shorts, shirts, pants subject to much shrinkage. Don’t mind dry cleaning if it is better.
