“ Lovely product. Very unhelpful service! If your parcel is not delivered overseas do not expect them to help you. My delivery to Spain was an attempted delivery but there was no postal card was left to enable the recipient to follow it up. I emailed for assistance and received no reply. Previous correspondence with customer service was met with very curt replies. ”
