“Ordered a new fridge just after Xmas, delivery was 4th January using Panther logistics. No problems with the order, timescales were within the stated limits and delivery was effected at the confirmed time. Excellent service from Power Direct and Panther's two man team. Recommended!”

“I tried to contact customer services due to the drier being broken under the vent, which wasn't visible on delivery. Contacted customer services was almost impossible, I eventually received an e-mail saying my e-mail had gone to a spam folder! I was told someone would be in touch, They didn't. On reading other reviews I can see other people have had the same problem. I would never buy anything from this firm again. The drier works but that's beside the point, it should have been replaced.”

“My order was picked for despatch within a couple of hours of me placing the order. I thought that was amazing. I have shopped online for a few years now and I have never experienced such swift service, not even on Amazon. Thank you guys, I will surely browse your website again. It was rather the transport company (Panther) that spoilt the fun; I think it took nearly a whole week before delivery was made despite the swift order pick by yourselves..”

“The website was easy to navigate and I found the product I was after quite easily. The price was the lowest I had seen for this product and the ordering process was very straightforward. I had ordered a Samsung TV which arrived within a few days and I was able to track the delivery status right up to the last moment. The delivery men were very polite and had no worries about waiting while I inspected the goods to make sure they were undamaged. All in all, a very good buying experience.”
